Steps to Integrate Setup in EMP for Zoho Books

• Login in EMP with your Login credentials.
• Go to Integration ? Integration

• Enable Zoho Integration toggle.

• Click on Generate Client ID

Note: A new window of Zoho API Console will open.

• Select / Add Client.
• To add client click on “Add Client” button.

• Choose Server-based Applications in Client type.

• Enter Client Name, Homepage URL, Authorized Redirect URIs and create.

Note: Kindly enter the following URLs –

1. Homepage URL – https://login.easemyproduction.com/
2. Authorized Redirect URIs- https://login.easemyproduction.com/

• Copy Client ID, Client Secret and paste it in EMP window.
• Client ID is present in Zoho Books ? My Profile ? Manage Organization.

•  Zoho Redirect URL will be same as the Homepage URL in Zoho API Console.

Note: Zoho Redirect URL-  https://login.easemyproduction.com/

• Generate Code

• Map Facilities in EMP with Zoho branches and Zoho Extra Charges with EMP Extra Charges and save Ledger Details.

Note- 1. Branches should be enabled and available in the Zoho organization.

2.In Ledger, Fields will come auto filled, you just need to save them.

• Map EMP Taxes names with Zoho Taxes from the drop-down options.

• Map Customers, Vendors, Items, if any, from drop-down menus or go to next.

Note: To map Customers, Vendors or Items Master, the same should also be present in the Zoho Books Organization.

• Sync Customers, Vendors, Items, Purchase IRNs, Return to Vendor, for already existing data in EMP.

Note: By pressing “Sync Now” button the masters present in EMP will be created in Zoho Books automatically.

Profit centre is a part of an organisation that assess the profitability and revenue in a company. For eg. E-commerce Sales, Retail sales etc. You can define profit centres as per your company profile.

Ease My Production generates sales report profit centre wise as well.

Add Profit Centre

1. Log in to “Ease my Production” software with log in details.
2. Go to Settings > General settings > Profit Centre
3. On Profit Centre page, click on “Add Profit Centre” button.
4. Fill the required fields.
5. Select status from dropdown.
6. Click on “Submit”
7. To make any particular profit centre Inactive, open profit centre page, select Inactive from dropdown and click “Update”.

Series that defines any particular form/voucher number. Whenever new facility is created, system generates automatic voucher series of all forms as per your subscription plan. You can also create multiple voucher series against one form and manage as per your requirement. Also, you can make any voucher series active/inactive whenever required.

Create Voucher Series

1. Log in to “Ease my Production” software with log in details.
2. Go to Setting > General Setting > Voucher Series Menu
3. On Voucher series page, click on “Add Voucher” button.
4. Select required option from dropdown in Facility Name, Form Type, Financial Year, Default & Status.

5. In “Voucher Series Name” write name of the series. For e.g. Invoice, Delivery Challan, Quotation, Issue Document etc.
6. In “Prefix” define the series code. For e.g. if you want to make invoice series with company name/financial year etc. You can write ABC/ INV/ 21-22. This code will come in beginning of this particular voucher number. Please note prefix can be of maximum 14 letters/digits.
7. In “Suffix” define the series code that you want to show after starting no. For eg. ST for store. ABC/ INV/ 21-22/1/ST (1 is the starting no). Suffix is optional. Leave it blank in case you do not want to mention anything. Please note suffix can be of maximum 14 letters/digits.
8. In “Starting No” mention the required number for eg 1 or 101 or 1000 from which you want series to begin with.
9. Click on “Submit”.
10. On submission, it will show serial no as Prefix/Starting number/ Suffix i.e. ABC/ INV/20-21/1/ST

Edit Voucher Series

1. Go to Setting > General Setting > Voucher Series Menu
2. List of all voucher series will display. Click on series in which you want to edit/make changes.
3. Click on “Edit” button, system will not allow to edit facility name & form type.
4. You can Edit/Make changes to rest other fields.
5. Similarly, in case you want to make any voucher series Active/Inactive, you can do so following these steps.
6. Click on “Submit”
