Sometimes when you randomly purchase items from the selected Vendor or some random Vendor without PO. In that case we can directly raise Open IRN to update that stock in the Inventory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" id=\"create-open-purchase-irn\" style=\"color:#000000\">Create Open Purchase IRN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000\"><li>Go to <em><strong>Procurement<\/strong> tab &gt;  <strong> Open Purchase <\/strong>&gt;<\/em><strong> Open <em>Purchase IRN<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li><li>An <strong><em>Open IRN List<\/em><\/strong> will open.<\/li><li>Click on <strong><em>&#8220;Add Open IRN&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1300\" height=\"731\" src=\"https:\/\/easemyproduction.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Untitled-3-1300x731.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6560\" srcset=\"https:\/\/easemyproduction.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Untitled-3-1300x731.png 1300w, https:\/\/easemyproduction.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Untitled-3-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/easemyproduction.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Untitled-3-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/easemyproduction.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Untitled-3-1200x675.png 1200w, https:\/\/easemyproduction.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Untitled-3.png 1366w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000\"><li>Select <strong>Auto Generated SO No<\/strong> from <em>dropdown<\/em> or you can <strong>manually add sales order no<\/strong> by clicking on the tick below that.<\/li><li>Choose <strong>Ven<\/strong><em><strong>do<\/strong><\/em><strong>r<\/strong> from the dropdown. Ensure that <strong><em>Vendor<\/em><\/strong> details are added in <strong>Masters &gt; Vendors<\/strong> before adding in sales order. To know more on adding Vendors, <a href=\"https:\/\/easemyproduction.com\/knowledge-base\/manufacturing-inventory\/masters\/create-vendor-vendor-item-mapping\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>click here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li><li>Choose <strong><em>Profit Center<\/em><\/strong> from the dropdown.<\/li><li>Choose <strong><em>Payment Mode<\/em><\/strong> from the dropdown.<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/easemyproduction.com\/knowledge-base\/inventory\/inventory-operations\/upload-view-document\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Upload\/View document<\/a><\/strong> if any by clicking on upload button.<\/li><li>Enter <strong>Remarks<\/strong> if any.<\/li><li>To Add item click on<strong><em> &#8220;Add Item&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> button.<\/li><li>Enter the <strong><em>Qty<\/em>, <em>rate, discount<\/em><\/strong> <strong>percentage<\/strong><em>(if any). <\/em>Add <em><strong>Extra Charges <\/strong><\/em>(if any).Ensure that extra charges are added in <strong>Masters &gt; Extra Charges<\/strong> before adding in Open IRN.
