Customer

Customer could be any individual or company with whom business or sale transactions takes place.

Create Customer Group

  1. Log in to “Ease My Production” Software with login credentials.
  2. Go to Inventory > Masters > Add Customer Group
  3. On Customer Group List page, click “Add Customer Group” button.
  4. Fill required details in customer group name. For eg- Tenders, Retail or E-commerce”
  5. Select status from dropdown active/inactive.
  6. Click on “Submit”
  7. Incase you want to make status active/inactive in future, click on customer group, select status from dropdown and click “Update”

Adding Customer

Before adding customer, make sure you have added Customer Group first.

  1. Log in to “Ease My Production” Software with login credentials.
  2. Go to Inventory > Masters > Customers.
  3. On Customers page, add the required details of customer.
  4. In phone number field, there should be no spaces.
  5. Incase you do not have GST number, write xxxx 10 times.
  6. All the fields are mandatory. However, if you wish to change any details in future, you can edit the same.
  7. Click on “Submit”
